About Me

Theo Braddy, MSW

At the early age of 15, I became a person with a disability due to a high school football accident. For over 30 years as CEO of the CILCP and as a person living with a disability, I have advocated for positive changes on behalf of persons with diverse disabilities. My visionary thinking has led to numerous life-changing innovative programs and services that have impacted the lives of people living with their disabilities.  One of the most innovative initiatives that I created as CEO of the CILCP is Living Well with a Disability.

I transitioned from CEO of the CILCP to private consulting beginning April 1, 2019.  Theo Braddy Consulting specializes in expanding businesses and non-profits knowledge of people with diverse disabilities by providing ongoing off-site consulting advice & support through contractual agreements. In today's society, one must be intentional with efforts to be more inclusive of all citizens, which include people with all types of disabilities.  Also, if you are in the business of serving people with diverse disabilities, your programs and services must be innovative and based on the social model of thinking, not the old traditional way of thinking regarding people with disabilities. I can assist with this and much more!

My approach in seeking contracts is very simple and straight forward. The initial contacts are free until we come to an understanding of what is required of me. I will then submit a project proposal for your consideration.
